I just wanted to take this moment to tell you what great service you offer your members. Your Member Service Representatives are very knowledgeable and courteous, and I do appreciate that.

Over the years, through the services you offer, you have made it possible for me and my family to grow financially and I appreciate that. And you continually add services that are valuable to your members. For example, MemberPay, Online Bill Pay service, free of charge as of August 1, 2006.

Your Representatives act promptly to requests and I appreciate that as well.

I don't know why all employees at Parsons are not members!
