VISA has added a new feature to their website that allows you to estimate the rate of exchange when using your PFCU VISA Debit card internationally. Simply select the currency for the country where you will be using your VISA Debit card to make purchases from the "convert from" box, then select US Dollars from the "convert to" box. The fee charged to PFCU for the conversion is 1%, therefore, select 1% in the "bank fee" box. PFCU does not charge any additional fees for the currency conversion. *Transactions completed using Personal Identification Number (PIN) including cash withdrawals from ATMs and Point of Sale Transactions are limited to a combined $600 per day, (subject to available funds in your PFCU Checking Account).
**Signature based transactions are limited to 15 transactions per day, or $10,000 in transactions total per day, or your available checking account balance, whichever occurs first. |
