"Expert" Mode Service Codes:

Changing from "Menu" to "Expert" Mode: PARS offers two usage modes to suit your needs. If you are a beginning user, you may wish to operate in the standard "Menu" mode, in which PARS reads you a list of available functions. As you become comfortable using PARS, you may wish to advance to our faster "Expert" mode: in this mode, PARS will ask you to enter a service code. See the attached list of service codes, then enter the code for the transaction you want. To advance from Menu to Expert mode, take the following steps when calling PARS: 1. Enter your account number and access code followed by the # symbol. 2. From the main menu, choose option 7 for Additional Options. 3. To accept this preference change, enter 1 # and you will be advanced to the Expert mode. You will then be asked to enter a "Service Code." See the list of "Expert" Service Codes available:

  • Press the Touch-Tone buttons to enter your Social Security Number; then your secret four-digit Access Code; then #.
  • Enter your desired Service Code as shown on this card.
  • If you have more than one savings or checking account, PARS will ask for a Share ID Number. You'll find these on your statement.
  • Is your transaction correct? Then POST it by entering 1#. Or, if you've made an error, CANCEL it by entering 9 #.
  • To access an additional account in the same call, press 91 #.
  • To end your call, press 94 #.

Transactions cannot be conducted until PFCU receives your application.
